Prior to joining Paragon, Fedro was Vice President EVP Sales, Marketing and Operations at FarStone Technologies where he was responsible for all revenue generation activity and support operations. Prior to FarStone, Fedro was Vice President and General Manager at Fidelity National Financial (NYSE: FNF). Prior to FNF, Tom served as VP of Sales and Marketing for Micro General Corporation, (Nasdaq: MGEN), a technology firm focused on financial services software development and IT outsourcing. At the time of its acquisition by FNF, MGEN was the fastest growing public technology company in Orange County. Prior to these roles Fedro spent five years in senior executive positions with software companies focused on the wireless space selling multimillion dollar licenses to major mobile operators worldwide for fraud detection, churn management and billing. Tom has taken one company through the Initial Public Offering process and has been an officer / key contributor in 6 mergers and acquisitions that represent over $700M in value. Fedro earned his Bachelor’s Degree in finance and marketing from the University of Denver.
